Travel Information
The island of Rhodes is easily accessed from anywhere in the world due to the high frequency of flights offered from Athens. There are also a number of charter flights that fly directly to Rhodes from many airports in Europe and the Middle East. The frequency of flights is dependent on the time of year and the airline carrier; however, a regular flight schedule is in operation year-round from Athens and Thessaloniki. Olympic Airlines and Aegean Airlines now provides year-round service from London’s Heathrow Airport and EasyJet offers a scheduled service from London’s Gatwick Airport between April and October. Rhodes is also very well connected by local airlines with many of the other Greek islands including Crete, Mykonos, Santorini, Kos, Corfu and Kastellorizos. For information about air travel within Greece, please consult the websites of Aegean Airlines, Olympic Airways, Sky Express, Cyprus Airways and Athens Airways.
